I recently picked up my new Buick Encore at JOhn Bear’s in New Hamburg. I am an elderly lady and I cannot express how graciously and respectfully I was treated. The three employees I dealt with were HOLLY CRESSMAN, PAUL RODRIGUEZ and ANTHONY COSLEY. I would certainly give these people the highest rating possible.
I have dealt with this dealership for several years and do highly recommend them. I have always been treated like family both in Sales and Service.
