My truck went in for warranty repairs right before Christmas. David and Tara made sure I had a loaner right away so I wasn’t scrambling for a ride. When I asked for something more comparable to my truck they started looking for me right away and were able to provide me with a truck that is nicer than mine to use until the parts come in. This is the customer service I have come to expect from the service department, they are always quick to respond, provide updates and arrange for delivery of my vehicles. As its a dealership the costs are higher than a smaller shop but the service team does their best to make up for the costs.
