My first google review! We drove into John Bear when passing on the way home from test driving 4 vehicles at 2 other dealerships elsewhere. We were greeted warmly by Louis who offered his help with a vehicle we saw on the lot. Throughout my decision making process he was a delight to deal with. He is personable, professional, helpful and politely persistent, (whilst I test drove vehicles elsewhere). The BUICK is now sitting in my driveway and I am very happy with my decision. A big thank you to ‘Lou’, Paul (who helped us with payment & warranty) and the detailing guy, who presented it ‘like new’ for my pick up date.
